Microsoft’s adding Alan Wake, Minecraft Dungeons, and more to their Xbox Game Pass as the service tops 10 million users.
Earlier this month, several triple AAA games, including Red Dead Redemption 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary hit the Xbox Game Pass. Now, more games are coming to the service. These games include Remedy Entertainment’s Alan Wake, Mojang Studios‘ Minecraft Dungeons, and Colossal Order’s Cities: Skylines.
Last month, it was revealed that Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service, which launched mid-2019, saw a milestone passed with over 10 million subscribers. Its long-standing Xbox Live, on the other hand, saw nearly 90 million active users by the end of March 2020.
For those who aren’t aware, though, these games aren’t available for both consoles. Alan Wake and Cities: Skylines are set for console while Minecraft Dungeons is headed for PC. If you’re looking for the most out of the service, though, your best bet is to go with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. With it you garner access to both PC and console games as well as the Xbox Live Gold perks.

The news isn’t all positive, though, with new games added, other games leave the service come May 29. This time around, Hydro Thunder Hurricane, Old Man’s Journey, King of Fighters ’98 Ultimate, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons will be leaving the console tier. Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones and Opus Magnum are the games left behind on PC.
