Marvel’s Avengers is looking to show off some new gameplay next month.
According to the Marvel’s Avengers Twitter, the team is working from home to finish the Square Enix title and will be releasing all-new gameplay and co-op footage during their WAR TABLE stream on June 24. Tweeted in a short 1:05 minute video, the team released a compilation of their development team hard at work in their homes, ending with the intriguing #reassemble and a confirmed game release of September 4.

It seems that the team has been working hard to ensure that the game will release on time and as planned. It was originally set to release May 17 but was voluntarily pushed back to September to allow the team to spend additional time making adjustments and perfecting the game. The game is set to take place five years after A-day and will be an open-world action-adventure with the ability to play up to four players through online co-op.

With the developer Eidos Montreal’s repertoire of titles such as Deus Ex and Thief and Crystal Dynamics’ work on the Tomb Raider series, it will be exciting to see what their voluntary delay can achieve for Marvel’s Avengers.
